
IN ALL INSTANCES, TRAVEL PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY REASON.
To Purchase Travel Packages
You must be a valid M.E.I.N. member at the time the Travel Package commences to purchase a Travel Package. If your membership will expire prior to the start-date of the Travel Package then you will be required to renew your membership before you will be able to purchase the Travel Package. You are able to purchase a Travel Package and become/renew M.E.I.N. membership at the same time.
Dates On-Sale
Keep up-to-date by visiting the tour portion of the site and making sure your email address is updated for the Ticket and Travel Package Alerts. Travel Packages are sold on a first-ordered, first-served basis. Travel Packages are generally on-sale until spaces become filled or until one month before the date of the show, whichever comes first. Some destinations may be in higher demand, so we cannot guarantee Travel Package availability to every member for every package.
Travel Package Availability
Each reservation must include the names of all guests who will be attending the Travel Package. Each guest will also be required to complete the necessary paperwork within 10-business days as listed under “Travel Package Confirmation.” Quantity of Travel Packages is limited, if you find a “Wait List” notice for any of our Travel Packages, this means the package is sold out or has closed. Feel free to sign-up on the Wait List if you are still interested in attending as space does sometimes become available.
Ticket Lottery for Travel Package Guests
On the night of the concert, we will organize your concert tickets in blank envelopes and distribute lottery-style. If you signed up as 2 guests, you will pick from an envelope that will have 2 tickets inside. Your tickets will be within the hold stated on the description page for your Travel Package.
Payment By Credit Card
To purchase Travel Packages using your credit card, go to the on line store and sign up using our secure on-line reservation system. You may also call Customer Service at (415) 575-6655 Monday through Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m (Pacific Time). If the card you are charging to is not in your name, you must get permission from the card holder. Please note that your Travel Package price as listed on the description page, includes all taxes and service fees.
Travel Package Confirmation
Once your Travel Package order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. You will then receive your reservation paperwork within 5 business days. Each guest will need to fill out and sign these forms. This includes your credit card slip which must be signed by the credit card holder. Upon receipt of this completed paperwork for all guests attending the particular Travel Package, you will receive a final confirmation email. This email confirms that you have completed your reservation process for your Travel Package.
Do not make any air or travel arrangements until you receive this confirmation email. It is your responsibility to make sure you receive your Travel Package emails and that the information is correct. If you do not receive any of these emails you must call customer service as soon as possible. Anyone who does not return the completed paperwork can have the reservation canceled.
Attending the Travel Package
You will receive an itinerary for your travel package 10 days to one week prior to the start of your travel package. Details for events and timing will be listed. Upon arrival to the hotel, you will simply need to check-in using your name at the front desk. Tickets will be made available on the day of the show at a time to be announced at the first Travel Package event.
All sales are final on the date of purchase. Travel Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason. Tickets are not sent to you through the mail or available before the night of the show to prevent scalping and abuse of the ticketing program.
Wheel Chair Access and Special Needs
Any Travel Package guest who requires wheel chair access or other special needs should call customer service before ordering a Travel Package. M.E.I.N. will always do everything possible to make the shows available to all members, but each venue and city have their own rules and criteria for wheel chair and special needs access and ultimately we have to abide by those rules and procedures.
Cancelled/Postponed or Relocated Shows
Concerts or events are occasionally cancelled, postponed or relocated by the promoter, venue or artist. Should this occur, we will contact you regarding the cancellation/postponement/relocation via email or by the phone number on file with your Travel Package reservation. If the show is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the face value of the Travel Package. Cost of travel to and from the Travel Package city (air, car, train, etc) will not be refunded in any case. Any other costs incurred related to this Travel Package such as extra hotel nights, meals, tickets to other events, etc. that were initiated separately from this Travel Package are not reimbursable. M.E.I.N. will not be liable for any expenses outside of the face value of the Travel Package for any reason. In most cases, if a credit card was used to make the purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.
Please note that if you purchase a fan club membership or merchandise at the time of your Travel Package purchase, and the show is cancelled, you will be refunded for the Travel Package portion of the order only. M.E.I.N. Memberships are non-refundable.
Resale of Travel Packages
You may not re-sell or transfer the Travel Packages you purchase through M.E.I.N. under any circumstance. The Travel Package will be under the name(s) of the M.E.I.N. member only. If any Travel Package guest is found to be re-selling, trading or brokering tickets/Travel Packages that they purchased through M.E.I.N., M.E.I.N. will, at its discretion cancel such member's Travel Package order and all other pending orders of such member and refund the total price for the tickets or Travel Package, minus all processing and handling fees.
