What is a travel package?
A chance to see Melissa perform in an exciting location with other fans who appreciate her music like you do! We take care of all the details for you - great hotel, fantastic seats at the concert, transportation to and from the show, etc. You have a worry-free experience!

Will I get to meet Melissa? What can I expect?
We will be offering a variety of Travel Package experiences for this tour. For a Soundcheck/Q&A package, the group will be interacting with Melissa during our private Travel Package Question & Answer session. This will take place after the group watches Melissa do soundcheck. There is no traditional "meet & greet" for this type package.
For a Meet & Greet package, the group meets with Melissa before the show and she will greet each person individually (the amount of time you spend with Melissa depends on her schedule). Each group will have a photo taken with Melissa.
What will the Q&A session with Melissa be like?
After watching soundcheck, Melissa will take questions from our group. She will answer as many questions as time will allow. To insure more time for Melissa to answer questions, she will not be signing autographs at the Q&A. We will present you with an autographed souvenir at some point during the Travel Package.
I live in the area so don't want to purchase the whole package (the hotel, etc). Can I buy just a part of the package?
The purpose of a travel package is for a group of people to experience the camaraderie of hanging out with each other and seeing a show together. In order to offer these packages at the optimum price, they must be offered as a whole, and not 'a la carte.' We realize that not everyone can participate in every package, so we will be offering packages in various locations, of different lengths and prices, on the upcoming tour.
I cannot make it to the Travel Package city, will her tour come to my hometown?
We do not always have the entire tour routing at one time. Please check the tour page frequently for updates and make sure you are subscribed to the Melissa Etheridge mailing list for updates.
The price is based on two people to a room. If I sign up alone, can you get a roommate for me?
We cannot assign a roommate for you.
What if I want to alter the number of days of my stay - for instance arriving a day before the package starts or staying after it officially ends?
Check with your customer care representative for availability and additional costs when you sign up for the package and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Where will I be sitting at the show?
For most Travel Packages, our tickets are in front of the stage, within the first three rows. The specific seat locations for each package will be listed on the Tour Page. We cannot tell you in advance which row you will be in as tickets are assigned randomly, but you will be within the Travel Package hold.
If I sign up with someone, will we be sitting together at the show?
Yes. Roommates are seated next to each other.
Can I take photos during the Meet & Greet, Q&A/soundcheck or the show?
Photos are not allowed at the meet & greet. We will take a group photo of you with Melissa and some candid photos during the meet & greet. You will be set an email with information on how to access these photos. Photos are usually allowed at a Q&A/soundcheck, but no video or recording devises are permitted. The camera policy is different with each venue so we cannot say for sure if you can use a camera during the show.
How fast will this package sell out?
Packages can sell out in one day, but it there is no way to predict how fast this one will sell out.
What is the Welcome Party?
This is a gathering where you meet the M.E.I.N. staff and fellow travel package participants. Updates and details on upcoming Travel Package events are provided. We typically have a raffle for cool Melissa collectibles, have light snacks and drinks and just get to know each other a little bit better.
Are meals provided?
Usually meals are not provided, but there will be snacks at some of our events.
Is airfare provided?
Since fan club members are coming from all parts of the globe, you are responsible for getting to and from the travel package cities.
